Jaimee Hocker

Jaimee Hocker is a California attorney on the Tauler Smith LLP Litigation Team. Ms. Hocker represents clients throughout California and is dedicated to advancing their interests through strategic advocacy.

Education

Ms. Hocker obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. During law school, Ms. Hocker was a Certified Law Student in the Domestic Violence Clinic and a member of UCI's Mock Trial team her first year. She also dedicated time to public service through the ACLU Southern California Letter Writers Program and UCI's Saturday Academy of Law Program.

Ms. Hocker continually develoepd her courtroom advocacy skills throughout law school by completing extensive trial advocacy coursework, building on four years of collegiate mock trial experience with a nationally recognized team as captain, as well as four years of high school mock trial experience, where she served as president.

Ms. Hocker also gained meaningful experience in public-interest and child advocacy work. She served as a Law Clerk with the National Center for Youth Law, where she supported litigation involving violations of children's rights, and interned with the Children's Law Center of California, assisting attorneys representing children in dependency proceedings.

Prior to law school, Ms. Hocker earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with Highest Honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Ms. Hocker is admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Background

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Hocker enjoys lifting weights or playing basketball at the gym, baking cookies or crafting milk teas, and exploring the world with her partner.
